I love aircat!! buy this!!! Oct 21, 2011
By Kahului Maui If you want a 3/8 impact gun, this is it!!!
Like I said in my other review.. IR 2115Qtimax takes 8 seconds to brake loose 80ftlbs lugs...
matcos mt2120 takes 2 sec to brake loose 80 ftlbs lugs.. But it cost more n its loud....
Aircat 2 sec, 80ftlbs:) quiet!!! but I think its a little louder then qtimax, but still very quiet!! & it Cost less!!!
I dont know how long this gun will last, I just got it..but from the sound, power, feel, I think it will last really long.
I am now thinking of buying there 1/2 & 3/4!! and comparing it with IRs... Ill let you know when i do..
It is a little heavier and bigger then the other 2, But the grip/handle is the best!!! well balance, well made, fits you hand comfortably!
This is a very strong and quiet impact wrench, so be careful..

By davy mccrea im a diesel tech for volvo trucks.i have been using this unit every day for 6 months and it has met every expectation i required.i have even restricted the airflow to it as it WILL break smaller bolts easily even at the lowest setting if you get distracted!it has suffered no loss of power in this time.. its as good as the day i bought it. highly recommended by myself (31 years as a tech).if you want a great 3/8 gun this is for you. there are slightly more powerful guns out there but whats the point? if you want more power buy a 1/2 inch..

Torquey and quiet Apr 18, 2010
By C. Wheeler This little impact packs quite a punch. It has no problems removing the light duty nuts and bolts that I need it to as an automotive technician. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about it. It even feels comfortable in the hand; very solid feeling and maybe a bit heavier than you might think, but exactly what you should expect from the aircat brand. It is a quiet little gun too, with a high pitched note that is barely audible over the hammer action.
all that you could need out of a 3/8 impact Jan 21, 2012
By joshsmith I own a Sxxx-xx 1/2 impact but decided to go with aircat for a 3/8 impact because the grip is so much more comfortable. The controls are better laid out then any other impact i have used and has the torque to be considered Snxx-xx equivalent. I used to have a Mxx 3/8 impact before this one and the aircat is clearly the same gun. When confronted the Mac dealer admitted that aircat manufacturers most of Mac's impacts but Mac gives one more year of warranty.
